Nicole is a certified yoga teacher and holistic wellness coach with years of experience helping her students find balance and inner peace through personalised yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Her approach is gentle and compassionate, grounded in the belief that yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level, body shape or physical ability.

Based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Nicole combines the calming effects of nature with the transformative power of yoga to help people reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and support their nervous systems. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Nicole’s thoughtful guidance helps you find a sense of calm and wellbeing.
